Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026. Last updated: October 21, 2026.
Rolocare Home Care LLC ("Rolocare," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.rolocare.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use a form on our website, call us, text us or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the type of care you are asking about and anything you write about your loved one.
If you agree to receive text messages through our SMS consent form, we also keep a record of your consent: your name, mobile number, whether you agreed, the date and time, the exact consent wording you agreed to, the page you used, and the IP address and browser information sent with the form.
Please share only what we need to call you back. You do not need to include medical details in the form; we can talk about your loved one's needs by phone or during your home assessment.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Our website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.
How we use information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To send non-promotional text messages about your inquiry, scheduling, care coordination and customer service, but only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To arrange and provide care services if you choose to work with us.
- To operate, maintain and protect our website.
- To meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, the services that deliver our email and our business phone and text messaging provider, and only so they can perform those services for us. Our text messaging provider processes your mobile number and the messages we exchange with you only to deliver our messages and keep records of them. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our clients, caregivers or others.
Text messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Our texts are non-promotional: they relate to your inquiry, scheduling, care coordination and customer service. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages, or by contacting us at care@rolocare.com or (562) 393-4231. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal and business recordkeeping requirements. We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as we may need to show that we had permission to text you, even after you opt out.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website, email or text messaging system is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information, such as medical details or Social Security numbers, through our forms or by text message.
Your California privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
- Withdraw your consent to text messages at any time.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
