Many La Palma homeowners have lived in their homes for decades and want to keep living there as they get older. Our caregivers help with the things that get harder, such as bathing, cooking, laundry and rides, so staying home stays safe.
Because La Palma sits on the county line, many families here have parents or adult children just across the border in Los Angeles County. We serve both sides.
Families choose Rolocare for four reasons.
Our caregivers are screened and trained.
Every caregiver is on the California Home Care Aide registry, clears a fingerprint background check, has a negative TB test and finishes our training.
Our caregivers are always rested.
No caregiver works more than 8 hours in a row, so the person with your loved one is alert and at their best.
Your care plan fits your family.
You only pay for the help your loved one needs, and you can change the schedule any time.
Our local team is here for you.
When you call, you talk to our own team, not a call center.
Families in La Palma often ask us these questions.
When can I reach you?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Can you start with just a few hours a week?
Yes. Hourly care is a good fit when your loved one is mostly independent but needs a hand with bathing, meals, errands or rides a few days a week.
Do you accept Medicare or Medi-Cal?
No. At this time Rolocare works with private pay clients only.
Do you provide elderly care and caregivers in La Palma?
Yes. Rolocare provides non-medical elderly care and trained caregivers in La Palma, including personal care, homemaker services, companionship and respite care, transportation and 24-hour care. Our caregivers help older adults with daily routines at home, but they do not provide nursing or medical care.
